Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) serves three primary roles: it is the world’s leading presenter of superb artistic programming, is a national leader in arts education and community relations, and is the manager of the Lincoln Center campus, which is home to 11 resident organizations. LCPA presents over 350 performances annually throughout its performance series, including American Songbook, Great Performers, Live from Lincoln Center, Mostly Mozart Festival, Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Out of Doors and White Light Festival. In addition, LCPA supports an array of programs for Lincoln Center Education including its community and family programming.  
The Finance team provides essential support to the accounting and financial operations of LCPA, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, treasury and financing, tax filings, insurance and risk management, information systems, and day-to-day operations including purchasing, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

LCPA is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive individual to assist and dually report to the Chief Financial Officer and Controller.

Anticipate and facilitate the needs of the CFO and Controller through comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to: phone coverage, processing invoices  and expenses, managing calendars, and addressing any related needs including securing meeting space, coordinating teleconference and other technical specifications as necessary, etc.
Serve as a representative for the department to internal and external parties.
Coordinate Board Committee meetings while anticipating needs, providing pertinent documentation and schedules, and assisting with material preparation as necessary
Assist with general department needs and special projects as necessary.

•    3+ years administrative experience in a high functioning office, preferably in a finance department.
•    Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
•    Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills and ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
•    Strong prioritization instincts.
•    Attention to detail.
•    Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Interest in the performing arts, film and production or nonprofit environment a plus, but not required.
•    Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
