OVERVIEW
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) serves three primary roles: it is the world’s leading presenter of superb artistic programming, is a national leader in arts education and community relations, and functions as the manager of the Lincoln Center campus, which is home to 11 separate resident organizations. LCPA presents over 350 performances annually throughout our different performance series including American Songbook, Great Performers, Live from Lincoln Center, Mostly Mozart Festival, Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Out of Doors and White Light Festival. In addition, LCPA supports an array of programs for Lincoln Center Education and the David Rubenstein Atrium.

The Lincoln Center Corporate Fund (LCCF) is part of Lincoln Center’s fundraising arm, the Planning and Development department. LCCF is dedicated to raising unrestricted dollars for the eight performing arts organizations and two educational institutions on the Lincoln Center campus. The unrestricted nature of these funds permits the organizations to use them to maximum effect, which includes engaging in creative educational programming, presenting exciting new productions, and hosting free performances.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Lincoln Center Corporate Fund, the Coordinator will provide critical administrative and project management support to the Corporate Fund team, with a key focus on donor benefits.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the first-point of contact and main customer service representative via the Corporate Fund mainline
• Facilitate acknowledgement letters, coordinate mailings, and manage the donor events calendar
• Manage the communication between the Corporate Fund, the participating Lincoln Center constituent organizations, the Lincoln Center Concierge Services team, and donor  corporations on matters pertaining to donor benefits and special requests
• Coordinate volunteer and internship assignments with Assistant Director
• Manage and update content for LCCF website in conjunction with web services team
• Implement, distribute, and track usage of special ticketing and discount benefit offers via mailings, e-blasts, and website postings.
• Assist with database entry and liaise with the development operations team regarding database maintenance
• Coordinate ticketing requests with our internal Concierge Services team
• Schedule and support corporate tours and site visits to promote benefits as needed
• Liaise with Lincoln Center’s Creative Services department for certain print and design projects such as donor listing ads
• Assist in the full range of day-to-day operations, to include but not limited to, assembling meeting materials and mailing lists; scheduling appointments, etc.; other duties as assigned to support LCCF or the overall fundraising team

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of professional work experience, ideally in a fundraising environment
• Excellent organizational skills and strong detail orientation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation; past customer service experience a plus
• Excellent fluidity with technology; proficiency with Word and Excel required; prior experience with databases, including Pledgemaker, strongly preferred
• Interest in the performing arts required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends to support team events and functions
