Ticketing Coordinator, Marketing




Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts’ Marketing team is looking for a results-driven Ticketing Coordinator. He or she would be working with the team responsible for the strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels for Lincoln Center’s programs including Great Performers, White Light Festival, American Songbook, Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Festival, Lincoln Center Out of Doors, Live From Lincoln Center, and more.


•    Serve as box office liaison for marketing and ticketing functionality for Lincoln Center programs.
•    Assist in all aspects of customer records management.
•    Coordinate all house build documents for on sales.
•    Handle and prepare responses for Guest Care with Guest Services.
•    Execute running reports and sales analysis.
•    Provide support in running telemarketing campaigns.
•    Provide support on special projects.
•    Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
•    Other administrative duties as assigned.


•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
•    One to three years of experience in ticketing or related industry.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
•    Excellent writing skills with a command of grammar and style.
•    Knowledge of Tessitura a plus.
