Telephone Agent (part-time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a part-time position reporting to the Senior Manager and Manager of CenterCharge. Specific responsibilities include: Fulfilling ticket orders for events at Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall, Julliard Theater, Big Apple Circus and other venues on and off the Lincoln Center campus. Providing customer service regarding performances in various venues. Providing Telefundraising phone solicitation support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent Telephone Manner. Customer Service Experience. Phone solicitation experience a big plus. Basic Knowledge of computers, including Word and Excel. Ability to work both on weekends and/or weekdays as the scheduling needs dictate, flexibility is a must.
