Receiving rave reviews from audience, performers and critics alike, the newly-refurbished Alice Tully Hall, designed by architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with FXFOWLE, opened at Lincoln Center on February 22. The hall, which has transformed the Lincoln Square streetscape, is a major milestone in Lincoln Center’s on-going redevelopment project. For a limited time only, to celebrate the hall’s re-opening, the general public is invited to learn “insider” details about this architectural gem, and its soaring, three-story tall, glass-enclosed lobby, sinuously-curved, elegant auditorium, sleek bar/restaurant and other features with “Behind the Glass,” a special tour of Alice Tully Hall, offered from March 8-21, only.

Experienced Lincoln Center guides will lead twelve tours of the dramatically transformed Alice Tully Hall, pointing out architectural highlights and amenities. The “Behind the Glass” tour costs just $5. Call the Lincoln Center tour desk at 212-875-5350 for dates/times or visit for more information. Reservations are recommended. Tours begin at the Lincoln Center tour desk in the lobby of Avery Fisher Hall, West 65th Street and Broadway.
